Media Product Management Intern

As a Media Product Management Intern within International Media Operations (IMO), you will gain hands-on experience of global media operations, working closely with technology and content teams to deliver solutions that support NBCUniversal's International Networks business. IMO is responsible for ensuring NBCUniversal's content reaches audiences around the world, managing the operational and technical processes that prepare, track, and distribute content to international TV channels, streaming services, and distribution partners. This is a 12-month internship.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience of global media operations; Work closely with technology and content teams to deliver solutions that support the International Networks business; Support the systems and tools that help deliver content to audiences; Work with teams across the business to understand user needs and improve processes; Support the rollout of technology solutions; Contribute to requirements gathering, feature design and testing, system configuration, and product management across media operations products and services; Work within an Agile delivery framework

Requirements

Currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028, or looking to gain work experience after completing A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship; Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship (Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028); Able to work on-site at NBCUniversal's Central London office four days per week; Resourceful self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Passionate about user centric design and delivering solutions that solve real user problems; Happy to get hands dirty in designing, analysing and troubleshooting large software systems; Able to understand and write functional specifications targeted at software developers; Understand technical specifications and feel confident configuring system parameters accordingly
