Meter Reader

We are seeking Meter Readers to undertake reading responsibilities throughout Warrnambool and surrounding districts. As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for walking from property to property, to read and record utility consumption numbers in an electronic hand-held device.

Responsibilities

Walk from property to property to read and record utility consumption numbers in an electronic hand-held device; Plan and organise your working day and routes; Attend allocated meter routes in a timely and efficient pace; Represent your brand and clients professionally; Communicate objectives and targets with office support teams; Upload and download route information on a hand-held device; Carry out your work with safety as the top priority

Requirements

Ability to walk long distances for extended hours under your specific arrangements; Be motivated and reliable with a great attitude; Excellent attention to detail; Current and valid Australian Driver's License; Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone; Reasonable starting fitness level to complete pre-employment assessments
