Mid-Shift Hospital Service Technician - Vanderbilt University Medical Center **$500 Sign On Bonus!**

Daniels Health is looking for a Hospital Service Technician to join our team and help support your assigned hospital with critical medical waste services. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and making a real impact every day.

Responsibilities

Working directly with hospital staff to ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation; inspecting and servicing Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including entering procedural spaces and working around sensitive equipment and patients; lifting containers up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling carts up to 300 lbs throughout the day; maintaining inventory of containers and ensuring all areas are stocked and organized; using a company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with your team; keeping staging areas clean and orderly before and after service; representing Daniels Health with professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

Physically fit; comfortable with heavy lifting; enjoys active, on-the-go work; team player; capable of working independently without direct supervision; strong attention to detail, especially paperwork and procedures; reliable personal transportation; can-do attitude; previous experience in a labor-intensive or logistics role
