Middle to Senior Data Analyst

The Data Team at Flodesk is part of the Engineering Team, based in the Da Nang office. The team serves as the single source of truth for the company, providing data-driven insights that empower teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering. As a Data Analyst, you will translate raw data into meaningful insights, optimize data pipelines, and maintain a self-service BI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own the dbt models behind financial metrics such as MRR, billings, collected payments, retention, LTV, and CAC; Reconcile billings, collected payments, and MRR against the billing system, payment processors, and accounting records; Reconcile costs so unit economics like affiliate commissions rest on trusted numbers; Work with the Finance Director and leadership on metric definitions, cohort and pricing analysis, and recurring reporting; Partner with Marketing on acquisition spend and attribution for CAC; Support product and growth analytics; Do most analysis and building through AI agents and own the results; Build and maintain finance dashboards and curate metric definitions and guardrails for the analytics MCP

Requirements

Analytics experience, ideally in subscription or SaaS finance; Advanced SQL and data modeling; Rigor and healthy skepticism; Clear written and spoken English; A fast learner with an open mind

Nice to have

Experience with subscription metrics such as MRR, LTV/CAC, or billing reconciliation; dbt experience; Python; Experience doing analytics work through AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar); Experience building an analytics MCP server or semantic layer for LLM use
