Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Technical Services team. You will deliver high quality planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites, ensuring electrical and building services systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites, ensuring electrical and building services systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational; Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services; Fault-finding, diagnosis and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting and general electrical plant; Supporting mechanical maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing and basic fabric works; Being included in the on-call rota; Completing all work in full compliance with BS 7671, Mitie technical standards and statutory requirements with accurate job progress and documentation maintenance

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance; 18th Edition; Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience

Nice to have

Experience within facilities management or commercial or industrial building services environments
