New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Inpatient Procedural Unit

6A is our 19-bed inpatient Cardiac Procedure Unit provides specialized care for patients undergoing procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab, electrophysiology lab, and operating room. We manage complex cardiac therapies including drips, temporary pacemakers, arterial access sites, sheaths, and radial access bands. As a fast-paced, dynamic environment, our team is passionate about developing nurses into highly skilled professionals through hands-on experience and continuous growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
