Schedule & Pay

- Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (flexible start time)
- Pay:$21.00/hour

Responsibilities

Enjoy the benefits of working alongside a compassionate staff,; Be part of a strong and supportive leadership team,; Explore opportunities for career growth, including our exclusive scholarship program.; Effectively manages the Nursing Care Center (NCC) Nursing Department staff schedule and timekeeping.; Accurately and effectively manages and maintains the NCC nursing department staff schedule in the electronic scheduling system within required staffing guidelines. Ensures each NCC unit is adequately staffed. Finds replacement personnel to cover staffing needs as necessary. Updates schedule as needed.; Accurately completes daily timekeeping for the NCC nursing department employees in the timekeeping system.; Completes and maintains the daily staffing reports, including agency and contracted worker hours.; Processes NCC nursing department personnel time off requests in a timely manner. Ensures adequate staffing prior to approval of requests.; Assists on the nursing units with clerical or nursing duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing/Designee.

Requirements

One (1) year related work experience preferred.; High school diploma or GED.
