Occupational Therapist

As a full time or part time Occupational Therapist you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to our clients to support independent living. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client and using a person-centred approach; Conducting assessments and providing interventions to clients in their own home; Engaging with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GP’s and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care; Writing reports which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers; Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all that you do; Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GP’s, community centre’s and other referrers

Requirements

Occupational Therapy degree, with General AHPRA registration; Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to work autonomously in the community; Full working rights in Australia; Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance; Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application
