Operations Analyst

Our client is a multi-billion dollar global investment platform specializing in credit and real estate strategies, managing capital across a wide range of asset types. It focuses on uncovering value in complex markets, offering flexible capital solutions to meet diverse investment needs.

Responsibilities

Direct global cash operations including wire and account setup, investment/fund payment flows, and quarterly accounts payable coordination; Manage and maintain bank accounts and KYC requests across regional banking relationships; Process and report P&L entries for RE funds and credit facilities; Coordinate liquidity, credit facility, and collateral activities across counterparties; Deliver frequent balance report updates; Provide support and analysis for investor requests, capital activity, database updates, regulatory reporting, and investment expense tracking

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 1-3 years of related middle office experience; Strong Excel skills required; Knowledge of collateral management and real estate investment operations

Nice to have

Experience with Geneva, VBA, and/or SQL a plus
