Operations Associate

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our UK team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, operations, and customer experience to grow within a fast-paced, international, and high-growth company.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests; Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping; Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks; Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively; Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards; Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences; Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making processes

Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Remote work flexibility - Freelancer contract; Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations; Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure; Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills; Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive; Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
