Operations Manager M/F

As part of the Quadient Parcel Lockers Division, the Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle of locker installations and services. This role supports both internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on technical configuration, asset coordination, and service validation.

Responsibilities

Configure locker machines within designated software platforms; Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to order necessary assets and manage the full lifecycle of each installation project from order placement to final delivery; Review and validate technical reports submitted by service providers; Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal teams and external customers; Manage execution of service contracts for hardware/software products, including creation, amendment, and cancellation; Update customers, hosts and providers details and validate new account creation requests; Maintain asset accuracy in core systems throughout the customer lifecycle; Support SLA, KPI tracking and operational excellence standards observation

Requirements

Proven experience in technical configuration or systems setup; Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Field Services); High attention to detail and ability to validate technical documentation; Experience in data accuracy and process improvement in a B2B environment; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have

Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce (SFDC); Experience in service providers management and KPI and SLA monitoring and reporting; Background in parcel, retail, or eCommerce industries
