Oracle Cloud Supply Chain BA

Functional Oracle Cloud Supply Chain BA having expertise in Order Management and Inventory Management modules will assist with ensuring best practices throughout the Supply Chain implementation/post go live optimization effort.

Responsibilities

Assist with ensuring best practices throughout the Supply Chain implementation/post go live optimization effort; Help business teams in functioning of the periodic cost system for purchasing, inventory, work in process and order management transactions; Provide Subject Matter Expertise leadership with conversions, configurations, and integrations across the SCM space; Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy; Develop documentation to support system sourcing initiatives, contract and pricing models; Configure adhoc reports from Oracle and GHX; Audit Supply Chain Services data to ensure conformance with hospital policies and interdepartmental performance standards; Analyze Supply Chain processes, make recommendations for improvements and assist in evaluation and selection of new software solutions; Provide Oracle Cloud training to new requisitioners; Serve as the Supply Chain materials management Oracle requisitioning expert; Assist with planning and implementation of sourcing strategy initiatives; Gather, analyze, and present complex procurement data; Communicate within the organization and vendor community; Participate in technology committees; Responsible for various reports and dashboarding within the Supply Chain organization; Research industry procurement trends to aid in mitigation planning of supplies in Oracle cloud systems

Requirements

Expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain with Order Management and Inventory Management modules; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field; Relevant experience in a closely related field
