Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - LPC LCSW LMFT

We are looking to hire Outpatient Mental Health Therapists for Ellie Mental Health - Norwalk-Darien. This position is full-time, hybrid where you choose your own schedule. Ellie Mental Health is a mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and telehealth. Responsibilities

Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans; Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR; Minimum of 25 client (full-time) sessions per week; Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team; Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals; Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care; Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach; A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace

Requirements

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university; Clinical licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing; Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes; Effective communication skills; Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients; Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner; Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base; General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing; Comfort with and/or willingness to learn and engage in the client collections process; General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms; Ability to pass a background check; Minimum of 25 client sessions per week
