Outside Sales Representative / Pest Control

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. The role involves meeting new clients, performing home evaluations, and using the company's sales process to offer pest control solutions. Arrow Exterminators is a family-owned and operated business founded in 1964, servicing 16 states.

Responsibilities

Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options; Perform home evaluations, including inspecting attics and assessing damage; Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up; Build rapport and network with potential residential customers; Offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Possess a valid Driver's License; Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams; Ability to work at least 40 hours per week; Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions; Customer service experience; Proven Sales ability; Basic math skills
