As a Palletiser at ALDI, your role will involve operating warehouse machinery, building secure pallets, and working cohesively within a team. You'll be an integral part of our warehouse operations. Without the dedication and precision of our Palletisers, our high-performing supply chain wouldn't be possible.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading trailers of stock with efficiency and respect for safety.; Managing pallets and crates that are sent to stores from the warehouse.; Building secure and well-organised pallets for delivery to our widespread store network.; Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the highest safety standards.

Requirements

A team player with a proven ability to work autonomously.; Effective communication skills, confidence in engaging with team mates.; Adaptability and flexibility, ready to meet the ever-changing needs of the business.; A current forklift license.
