Part-time Activity Worker/Companion for Teenage Boy with ADHD

Activity worker/PA needed mainly over some afternoons/evenings, weekends and school holidays for a teenage boy with quite a high level of ADHD. The role does not require personal care but is suited to someone who enjoys spending time with young people and can match their energy. Days and number of hours worked are very flexible. A key requirement is enjoying and having experience of being around teenagers/young adults, being patient and calm, and having a good sense of humour. The ideal person would be reasonably outdoorsy and active, enjoy taking him on various outings and doing outdoor activities, and have access to a car. Basic rate is £12.40 per hour plus holiday pay.

Requirements

Enjoying and having experience of being around teenagers/young adults; Being patient and calm; Having a good sense of humour; Being reasonably outdoorsy and active; Enjoying taking him on various outings and doing outdoor activities; Full UK driving license; Own personal car; Access to a car; Availability mainly over afternoons/evenings, weekends and school holidays
