Part Time Sales Assistant

Ally Fashion is seeking an energetic Part-time Sales Assistant to join its Shellharbour store. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, building rapport with regular customers, providing fashion consultation, and modeling the Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving. The role includes rotational weekend rosters, including late-night trade, and exposure to multiple areas of the store.

Responsibilities

Deliver an amazing customer experience to every customer in store; build rapport with regular customers; recognize loyal customers and provide care and fashion consultation; act as brand ambassador; stay on top of stock levels; connect with and understand customers to drive store sales results; maintain in-store visual merchandising; support duties across the sales floor, front register checkouts, fitting room assistance, and store reserves

Genuinely love fashion; enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; work well under pressure; passion for success; proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; thrive when provided with challenges; work well in a team or autonomously; flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late-night trade

Nice to have

Proven experience in retail (preferably fashion); eye for fashion styling; awareness of fashion inspirations and trends; desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations
