As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for children and their families during some of their most important moments. Your work ensures that every patient is registered accurately and compassionately — setting the stage for excellent care.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy; Gather and verify demographic and insurance information with accuracy and care; Complete patient registrations following established guidelines; Help prevent billing delays by ensuring clean, error-free accounts; Maintain fast, precise data entry in a busy, fast-moving environment; Collaborate with a supportive team while also working independently; Provide age-appropriate service to the diverse patient population we serve

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED; At least 1 year of customer service experience; Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting; A calm, positive presence even on busy days; A commitment to our mission, values, and the families we serve
