Patient Services Specialist

Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities

Guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence; Facilitating patient admission flow across imaging centers; Greeting patients; Verifying insurance; Processing documentation; Collecting and maintaining patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments

Requirements

Nice to have

1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience; Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes; Experience with EMR/PM systems
