Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities

Guide patients through admission; Greet patients; Verify insurance; Process documentation; Collect, process, and maintain patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments; Help resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues; Maintain a positive patient experience

Patient-first mindset; Strong communication and team-oriented approach; Attention to detail; Adaptability and composure; Reliability, accountability, and problem-solving; Strong computer and data entry skills; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience; Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes; Experience working with EMR/PM systems
