Patient Services Specialist

Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care. Responsibilities

Guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence; Facilitating patient admission flow across imaging centers; Greeting patients, verifying insurance, and processing documentation; Accurately collecting, processing, and maintaining patient demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments; Helping resolve scheduling, billing, and patient flow issues while maintaining a positive patient experience

Patient-first mindset; Strong communication and team-oriented approach; Attention to detail; Adaptability and composure; Reliability, accountability, and problem-solving; Strong computer and data entry skills; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have

1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred; Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred; Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
