Payment Operations Analyst (Business Graduates 2025/2026)

We are looking for a Payment Operations Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment processing workflow - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance - throughout the process. You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.

Responsibilities

Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accounts; Ensure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement process; Preemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless process; Liaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical cheques; Manages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks; Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actions; Assist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvements

Requirements

0-1 year of relevant work experience; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from data; Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams; Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously; A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative; Amenable to a work on-site 3 days per week in our BGC office
