Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Part-Time/PRN

Theracare is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, play-based environment and is available for afternoon and evening hours .

Schedule

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, and functional needs; Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support independence and participation in daily activities; Utilize creative, play-based therapy techniques to engage children and promote skill development; Provide family and caregiver education to support carryover of skills outside the clinic; Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports; Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program; Current Indiana OT license (or eligible); Pediatric experience preferred, but not required; Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills; Passion for working with children and families
