Performance & Analytics Manager (12m FTC)

Joining us as a Performance & Analytics Manager (12m FTC). You’ll play a key role in shaping how data drives performance across our Field Operations, leading the development of insight and reporting that enables smarter decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and supports the delivery of long-term strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the collection, analysis and dashboarding of operational data, creating a single source of truth across Field Operations; Develop and maintain KPIs, providing insight to support performance tracking, target setting and strategic decision-making; Own weekly and monthly reporting governance, delivering clear and impactful performance insights to stakeholders; Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities, driving continuous improvement across operations; Influence project prioritisation and scope, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and return on investment; Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and improve business performance

Requirements

Strong analytical capability with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insight within an operational environment; Experience in operational performance analysis or a similar data-driven role; Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau); Ability to create clear, impactful reporting and communicate insights to a range of stakeholders; Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence; Experience working with operational processes and supporting decision-making through data
