Personal Care Assistant - Home Care

At 365 Care we provide quality, compassionate home care for the elderly, and adults with a disability in Western Sydney and surrounds, who want to remain independent in their own homes. Due to growth, we are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide support to our NDIS and aged care clients living in their own homes around Blacktown and surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community.

Responsibilities

Providing personal care; Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties); Assisting with shopping and meal preparation; Transporting clients to appointments and general community access; Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Flexible availability Mon to Fri between 7am - 3pm; Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care; NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred) or Police check; CPR and First Aid Certificates; A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance; Willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Blacktown area
