Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add an Emergency Department Pharmacist to our Pharmacy at Baptist South located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time, evening shift, opportunity to work 7 days on, 7 days off. The schedule would be evening shift, working 13:00 to 23:30.

Responsibilities

Enters orders with great accuracy.; Checks technician work for accuracy prior to release of medications and solutions to the floor.; Supervises technicians and serves on committees as assigned.; Answers questions for all health care professionals.; Serves as a consultant for members of the medical staff.; Monitors patient therapy as assigned, including pharmacokinetics service.

Requirements

Registered Pharmacist - State Board of Pharmacy Required; Licensed Pharmacist - DOH Required; Bachelor of Science Required
