We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Physiotherapist to join our team in Northland! While the role is based in Northland, we are particularly interested in candidates located in the Whangārei area, to help expand and strengthen our services across the wider Northland region.

Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community; Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals; Use your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the same; Deliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomes; Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovation

Requirements

Relevant qualifications, professional registration and valid practicing certificate; High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs; A commitment to continuous learning and professional development; A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care; Proven ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation in community; Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders; At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation services; Knowledge of community services pathways; Experience in one of the services of musculoskeletal, neurological or vestibular rehabilitation; Experience in delivering gym-based, home-based, and functional rehabilitation programmes; Skilled in assessing movement patterns and progressing strength and mobility
