Pizza Chef - Barbican Centre

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join the team at Barbican Centre. The Barbican Kitchen is located in the Barbican Estate in the City of London. An all year Café/Restaurant open from 10am to 8pm - Monday to Sunday. The restaurant serves freshly made pizza, sandwiches, salads, and a selection of street food.

Responsibilities

Preparing pizzas; Preparing sauce and toppings; Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation; General cleaning duties

Requirements

experience working as a pizza chef within a fast-paced kitchen; experience in hand stretched pizza making
