Platform Owner IT Support, ITSM & ServiceNow Platform (m./f./div.)

Own IT Support services, ITSM processes and the ServiceNow platform to drive standardized, efficient and scalable service delivery.

Responsibilities

Own and govern the global IT Service Desk, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.; Own ServiceNow Product & Platform to drive the roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform. When needed perform minor ServiceNow admin/configuration activities.; Manage and improve ITIL-based ITSM processes to match the context of the company needs with focus on business benefits.; Translate business requirements into solutions by collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure effective service management capabilities and ServiceNow solutions.; Manage and govern an offshore supplier and development team, via SLAs, KPIs, roadmap and service reviews and secure continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); ITIL Foundation; 5+ years Product Owner / ITSM leadership experience; Experience managing offshore sourcing vendors; Strong stakeholder and supplier management; Excellent English communication skills
