About us
Daktela manages one of the largest VoIP infrastructures in the CEE region. Our main product is a cloud-based contact center, which allows companies to easily process customer requests across many communication channels - phone, email, web chat, SMS or Facebook Messenger. Currently, we have more than 500 corporate customers from various segments, including companies such as Po Prostu Energia, Viasms or Cream Finance in Poland.
