Premium Pantry Coordinator ONT Field

Pantry Coordinator at ONT Field will perform event driven serving of food and beverages prepared for ONT Field suites and catering locations. The Pantry Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Kitchen staff and will be responsible for the operations of the Food Pantry. This position includes carrying out Food Pantry appointments, receiving and tracking food orders, maintaining a food inventory system, and data entry.

Responsibilities

Ensure all food orders are fulfilled fully and received from kitchen without discrepancy or shortages; Responsible for completion of opening and closing duties; Maintain organization by rotating shelf-stable product and/or breaking down packaging; Maintain Food Pantry database, paperwork, and files; Maintain open communication with guests, servers, and staff on all food orders; Place food orders for pantry in concordance with budget; Treat all guests and staff with respect and dignity; Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks; Available to work nights, weekends and holidays; Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age; Highschool Diploma or GED; Previous customer service experience; Basic math and cash handling experience; Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, and respond quickly and resourcefully to issues; Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to define problems and implement solutions; Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Valid food handler's card required within 30 days of hire; TIPS Certification; Ability to lift at least 35 lbs; Walking long distances for more than 50% of workday; Work inside or outside as needed by events; Must be able to pass background check
