Riverside Health Care is a fully accredited multi-site, multi-faceted health care system providing service to the Rainy River District and is the third largest provider in spectacular Northwestern Ontario. The President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) joins Riverside Health Care at a pivotal moment of opportunity and transformation. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide visionary leadership to a multi-site healthcare organization serving communities across the Rainy River District and play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Northwestern Ontario.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Board of Directors; provide visionary leadership to a multi-site healthcare organization; play a central role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in Northwestern Ontario; unite the organization around a shared vision; ensure exceptional care for patients, residents, clients, and families; foster greater alignment across Riverside's sites, services, and teams; strengthen a culture of collaboration and shared purpose; build trusted relationships with First Nations communities, Ontario Health, the Ministry of Health, municipal leaders, physicians, staff, volunteers, donors, and regional partners; champion a 'One Riverside' culture; advance strategic partnerships; secure the resources, investments, and relationships needed to support high-quality care
