Pricing Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, the role of the Pricing Analyst is a key part of the Finance team. The objective of the role is to prepare product quotations / tenders based on up to date market dynamics while ensuring timely contract booking with sourcing. The role will also involve business partnering with the Sales Teams, Marketing, R&D, Operations while also helping to role out ERP systems Salesforce CPQ.

Responsibilities

Prepare product quotations / tenders based on up to date market dynamics while ensuring timely contract booking with sourcing; Daily operations of pricing quotations and contract booking; Pricing responsibility for the business’s strategic customers and quotes; Active role in the integration of business units and commercial teams, partner the Sales Teams with ongoing and annual commercial negotiations; System implementation and usage M3, CPQ; Support the completion of the Pricing process for the business unit; Aid with the tracking of pricing performance against the pricing budget; Become an integral member of the Pricing team and provide support within the team where required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations; Strong Excel skills; Experience with SFDC and Infor; Proficient in English; Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities; Effective knowledge sharing; Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities; Team player with a positive attitude, continuous-improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships; Willingness to travel across sites
