Principal Technical Account Manager

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance by providing large insurers with software solutions for claims processing. We're looking for a Principal Technical Account Manager to join the Support team in Client Engagement. In this role, you'll turn inbound customer activity into clear action, stronger operations, and better customer outcomes, sitting at the intersection of Client Engagement, Product, and Engineering, and serving as a key voice of the customer.

Responsibilities

Distill and triage complex issues with strong judgment; Act as an air traffic controller across the organization; Turn inbound activity into useful signals and value-driving opportunities; Connect activity to broader projects and priorities; Support Program Managers and project teams; Strengthen the support operating model; Help the organization understand what support is telling us; Create trust across teams; Move support beyond reactive ticket resolution; Improve the quality of handoffs and escalations; Build systems that make the team smarter; Bring clarity when everything feels urgent

Requirements

Naturally curious and investigative; Can solve problems without a script; Have strong operational judgment; Communicate clearly and practically; Are comfortable being technical-adjacent; Can context switch without losing the plot; Use AI as leverage, not a crutch; Look for better ways to solve the underlying problem; Strong communicators comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
