PRN Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients. With your expertise in infusion therapy, you’ll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. You’ll ensure every treatment is delivered with precision and care, making a real difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families; Maintain accurate EHR records, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards; Optimize clinical workflows; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Support operations including inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Available at least 2 Saturdays each month (8am-2pm) and additional PTO coverage; Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by state); Board Certification - AANP or ANCC certification required; BLS certification required; Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills with experience in specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols; Proficiency in clinical documentation with EHR systems and strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP); Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting
