Job Samary

The Process Technician supports process stability, yield improvement, and equipment optimization within the wash module. This role works closely with Process Engineers to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve wet cleaning processes. The technician plays a key role in sustaining process performance and supporting new process qualifications.

REQUIRED

Diploma in Mechanical / IT / Automation / Electronics / Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain process control parameters (flow rate, temperature, chemical concentration, megasonic power); Review and respond to SPC charts and process alarms; Assist in root cause analysis of yield excursions and defect increases; Support the design of experiments (DOE) and process trials; Perform process qualification runs and collect data for engineering analysis; Analyze particles and defect inspection data; Implement approved recipe adjustments under engineering guidance; Document process changes and maintain process control documentation

Requirements

Good technical presentation skill.; Good communication skill.

Nice to have

Minimum 1 -2 year's experience in process or manufacturing environment.; Knowledge on HDD media cleaning technology will be added advantage.; Knowledge in Excel , Word & Power Point
