Product AI Workflow Specialist (n8n)

At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions. Our Product Operations team is seeking a Product AI Engineer. Working closely with the Senior Product Operations Manager, you'll take concepts and turn them into working custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for our internal teams.

Responsibilities

Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes; Own the agents you ship: connect the right data sources, design the prompts, validate the outputs, and ensure each system runs reliably across central processes; Administer and maintain the product team's shared tooling platforms, keeping them configured, documented and reliable

Requirements

Proven experience building automations or integrations using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier; Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON; Integrated an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale; Ability to move fast and deliver without constant oversight given clear direction; Fluent in English; Builder mindset; Low ego, high output; Genuinely excited by AI; Curiosity; Reliability
