Product Analyst

This position is responsible for providing stewardship of the Insperity CRM platform and ecosystem for the assigned user communities. This role is also responsible for the analysis, configuration, maintenance, end user experience, and CRM technology subject matter expertise. Participates in the research, development, and testing of product updates and new features. Acts as a liaison between Product Managers and development teams providing details on CRM vision, project requirements, prioritization, and helps in the facilitation of all phases of software development and release cycle.

Responsibilities

Provides stewardship of the Insperity CRM platform and ecosystem for the assigned user communities; Analysis, configuration, maintenance, end user experience, and CRM technology subject matter expertise; Participates in the research, development, and testing of product updates and new features; Acts as a liaison between Product Managers and development teams, providing details on CRM vision, project requirements, prioritization; Facilitates all phases of software development and release cycle; Works with engineers, analysts, product management, and business leaders on the intent and quality of software delivery; Breaks down high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements suitable for engineers; Acts as a liaison between configuration/development teams and the Product Innovation and Stakeholder Community for requirements gathering; Participates in the design, development, test, and launch phases; Ensures all customer and quality requirements are satisfied in the product delivery; Facilitates planning and strategy meetings around communication strategy with Stakeholder business units; Collaborates with business units to gather data on market and internal needs; Analyzes data and translates it into recommendations for the CRM community; Evaluates and reports on current product line performance and usage; Creates operational and utilization reports and dashboards; Confers with business unit owners on application issues and relays issues to Product Managers when needed; Assists with administering Salesforce components; Assists in planning and presenting content and materials for conferences, special events, and product training

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, or Computer Science; One to two years in the product management field or related experience; One to two years of demonstrated CRM capability; Sound knowledge of system design, development, and effective testing methods; Must possess excellent customer skills and organizational skills, ability to learn new concepts quickly and be a self-starter; Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing; Exceptional writing skills specifically relating to creating user documentation; Must demonstrate analytical and statistical skills; Leadership skills are necessary; Capable self-starter able to work independently, be innovative, and actively seek new or better methods of competence; A positive team player with a sense of urgency directed toward the provision of successful solutions for specific projects; Must be knowledgeable of Cloud based product delivery and the overall design and usability requirements needed to interact with internal and external customers via a Web application; Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply company policies, objectives, and procedures, including developing, organizing, and implementing new policies and procedures; planning and organizing project management; dealing constructively with conflict

Nice to have

Enterprise CRM or Sales Force Automation (SFA) experience; One to two years in administration or analysis of Web Analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, WalkMe, or Adobe Analytics; Prior experience in a high-tech environment; Software development knowledge; Knowledge of Cloud application and Database design
