Product Engineer

Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs IT complexity for the world's largest companies. Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle from inception to shipped product: requirements gathering, research, conceptualisation, experimentation, implementation, and iteration; Speak to customers; Shape product direction; Ship things that matter to some of the biggest companies in the world

Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals; agent harness design; product sense; how AI systems behave and fail; pragmatic engineering instincts; ability to operate across the stack when needed
