Key Responsibilities

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Hadapsar, Pune – but it goes without saying that the hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working along with daily.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality spare part catalogues for equipment deliveries.; Develop detailed illustrations for catalogues using advanced tools.; Support customers with catalogue-related queries and ensure timely resolutions.; Communicate effectively with suppliers, Finnish counterparts, and internal teams.; Collaborate with product managers to enhance catalogue content and meet business needs.; Participate in projects to harmonize and improve catalogue processes and tools.; Generate accurate part images and ensure on-time delivery of catalogues.; Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Requirements

BE Mechanical with 3–6 years in catalogue creation, preferably with PDM systems.; Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Teamcenter, NX and Photoshop.; Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.; Strong communication, influencing abilities, and a collaborative mindset.; Problem-solving approach with a “Can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.; Fluent in spoken and written English.; Ability to work with globally distributed, cross-functional teams in a structured manner.; Good understanding of business requirements.
