Product Growth & Monetization Lead

This role sits within our Freemium business, spanning Avast, AVG, Avira and CCleaner across both desktop and mobile experiences. Together these platforms reach hundreds of millions of users globally and represent one of Gen's largest opportunities to convert scale into long-term member value through intelligent lifecycle engagement, monetisation and AI-driven decisioning. We are moving decisively from high volume, campaign driven execution to a model where every lifecycle interaction is purposeful, personalised and AI orchestrated. You will own a defined and commercially significant orchestration within our membership lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of your segment, commercial targets, programme logic, performance narrative and decisions; Shape the new lifecycle operating model; Build programmes that lead with customer experience and monetisation logic; Drive the shift to AI led marketing operations; Execute with strategic precision across renewal optimisation, upsell sequencing, churn intervention and win back; Orchestrate across functions; Communicate with clarity and authority to VP and C level audiences

Requirements

Proven track record across lifecycle, monetisation and growth; 10+ years in subscription or recurring revenue; Real AI led mark-ops experience, including propensity models, real time intervention triggers, personalisation at scale; Customer experience as a non-negotiable; Strategic programme execution; Squad leadership through cross functional squads; Executive level communication; Commercially accountable; A standard setter; Customer obsessed; Energised by transformation; Hands on and strategic in equal measure; Decisive prioritiser
