Requirements

+6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role; Strong experience managing product backlogs and working with Agile engineering teams; Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage client expectations; Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders; Fluency in French (B2 Level) and English (B2 Level); Availability for hybrid work (2x/week) in Lisbon or Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit)

Nice to have

Experience in payments, banking, fintech, digital products, or regulated environments is a strong advantage
