Responsibilities

Leading production teams and supervising operators and technicians; Creating staff schedules and conducting employee evaluations; Providing work procedures and training new employees; Acting as backup for the Depot Manager; Optimizing the production process by proposing structural technical and operational improvements; Analyzing malfunctions and optimizing maintenance; Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and hygiene guidelines; Maintaining and optimizing technical installations; Reporting production figures accurately and achieving agreed production KPIs; Managing the building and associated technical systems; Monitoring consumption of water, gas, electricity and other consumables

Requirements

HBO in Logistics Management; Technical knowledge of installations in a production environment; Excellent command of Dutch; Ability to remain effective under work pressure, tight deadlines, setbacks, disappointments or resistance; Ability to actively involve the team and build a high-performing team; Persistence and determination to achieve goals

Nice to have

Knowledge of English, Polish and/or German
