Production Associate 2nd shift

Responsibilities

Reads routing and performs work as assigned by department supervisor; Track production on schedule boards; Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues; Maintain a clean and safe work area; General Labor in different departments of the shop facility; Moving of raw materials with overhead crane and forklift

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent; Minimum of 1 years’ experience in high production manufacturing environment; Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical data and select correct raw material or semi-finished parts; Ability to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is required; Perform general mathematic calculations including but not limited to addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, percentages, and division; Use power hand tools; Drive a forklift; Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines; Read different measuring devices (i.e. tape measure, protractor, micrometer); Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
