PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary

Responsibilities

Process and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stacking; Rotate between various positions such as dough maker, placer, and stacker; Operate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipment; Adhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols; Maintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materials; Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines; Participate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Ability to work with yeast and flour products; Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
