We are looking for a talented Production Chef to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting.

We Offer

Rate: Up to £13.00 per hour

Contract: Full time / Permanent

About the Production Chef role

- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Work with the Kitchen Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product

Requirements

Minimum 1 years experience in similar roles; Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage); Experience in running large events; Leads by example by always acting professional.; Excellent communication skills; Takes the initiative; Excellent time management; Supportive / Team player; Strong presentation skills; Excellent customer care skills
