Production Planner

To perform the production planning function in order to render punctual delivery to customers for the assigned product family.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and departmental KPIs.; Coordinate material supply, production activities, and delivery commitments to ensure on-time shipment.; Communicate with customers on delivery schedules, sample requests, and order status updates.; Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling issues with internal teams and external partners.; Maintain product and process master data and support budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.; Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and management system requirements, including participation in audits, training, and assigned company initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.; Good analytical and problem-solving skills.; Good communication and interpersonal skills.; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.; Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.; Communicate in Mandarin.; Internship or project experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, or operations.; Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).; Understanding of production planning, inventory control, or logistics concepts.; Knowledge of semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries.; Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel Pivot Tables, Power Automate.
