Production Planning Specialist

As our Production Planning Specialist , you will oversee a variety of areas in supply chain and inventory management. You will oversee logistics processes, conduct in-depth materials analyses, and make recommendations to support the overall supply chain and manufacturing goals for local operations. This role serves as a liaison between the supply chain function and business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee logistics processes, conduct in-depth materials analyses, and make recommendations to support manufacturing goals.; Participate in the process of developing and maintaining forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules.; Gather logistics data and monitor inventory trends to forecast potential challenges and opportunities.; Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain strategies that accelerate product flow.; Conduct cost analyses, forecast demand, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with Avery Dennison’s supply chain and inventory standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.; Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning skills.; Fluency in English alongside excellent written and spoken communication capabilities in Italian.; Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and create and leverage professional connections.; Excellent focus and a high level of adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.; Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and resolving conflicts effectively.
