Project Coordinator - Night Shift

We are looking for a Project Coordinator in night shift to be the go-to person who keeps our marketing projects on track. You'll be the main link between our clients and our team of marketing experts. Your job is to take clients requests and turn them into clear tasks for our team. This isn't just about helping out; you'll be in charge of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Run marketing projects from first idea to result, including social media posts, online ad campaigns, and website content; Update Zoho Projects daily; Give clients daily updates, answer their questions, and make sure we understand exactly what they want; Work closely with designers, writers, and ad specialists to help solve problems; Check that all work is done well and meets the client's needs before sending

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a role like this, especially for a digital marketing or creative agency; Good at project management tools and MS Office; Comfortable talking to stakeholders, giving updates, and working as part of a team; Know the basics of how social media, online ads, and SEO projects work
