Project Engineering Manager

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will lead technical coordination across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring engineering activities are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineering disciplines, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders to bring complex projects to life.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project engineering activities, ensuring technical requirements are fulfilled in line with contract obligations, project schedules, and company guidelines; Partner with the Project Manager to support proposal activities, monitor engineering budgets and progress, and drive successful project execution; Coordinate engineering disciplines, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure cost-conscious engineering decisions through design reviews and technical evaluations; Oversee project document control and contractual document deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and suppliers; Provide technical support throughout purchasing, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases, coordinating technical matters with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Proven experience managing engineering activities within industrial project environments; Strong knowledge of engineering coordination, project execution, document management, and technical contract requirements; Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams; Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken; Experience supporting manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and customer-facing technical discussions
